By using GoalIQ you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. The service

GoalIQ is a free fan engagement app for the 2026 FIFA World Cup providing:

  • Live match scores and fixtures
  • AI-generated match predictions
  • Score prediction game
  • Football news aggregation
  • Tournament information

3. AI predictions disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All match predictions in GoalIQ are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API) for entertainment purposes only.

  • Are NOT based on insider knowledge
  • Are NOT guaranteed to be accurate
  • Should NOT be used for betting or gambling purposes
  • Are generated automatically and may contain errors
  • Do not constitute expert opinion

GoalIQ is not a betting service. We are not affiliated with any betting or gambling operator. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, visit begambleaware.org.

4. Prediction game

The GoalIQ prediction game is for entertainment only. Points and leaderboard positions have no monetary value. No prizes are offered. This is not a gambling product.

5. Content accuracy

While we aim to provide accurate information, GoalIQ cannot guarantee:

  • Real-time score accuracy
  • Completeness of match information
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Availability of the service

Always verify important information with official sources (FIFA.com).

News articles shown in GoalIQ are sourced from third-party providers (NewsAPI, BBC Sport RSS, Sky Sports RSS, The Guardian RSS). We are not responsible for third-party content. All articles link to original sources.

7. User accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate information

You must not:

  • Create fake accounts
  • Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the app

8. Intellectual property

GoalIQ and SimpleMarket branding, design, and original content are owned by SimpleMarket. FIFA, World Cup, and team trademarks belong to their respective owners. GoalIQ is not affiliated with FIFA.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

GoalIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service especially during peak match times.

10. Limitation of liability

SimpleMarket is not liable for:

  • Losses from acting on AI predictions
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Third-party content accuracy

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (£0, as GoalIQ is free).

11. Newsletter & marketing

If you opted in to the MoneySimplified newsletter or SimpleMarket daily brief, you can unsubscribe at any time via:

We may suspend accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Attempt to manipulate the service
  • Are inactive for 12+ months after the tournament

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via the app.
